There she is
Look at her.. She’s enjoying herself. Kids are at school, a red teacup on a square wooden trivot on a wooden desk on the right side, about 30 cm away from her pink computer. Hear her fingers tap tap tapping? She’s writing her second blog post in her new website. Oh, she is stretching her arms, moving her shoulder blade in circles, and leaning her head to the left, front, right, back, left, and back to front again. Well, she has been there on her ergonomic black chair for more than 2 hours now. The tea she’s having now is.. i believe her second cup of tea. I think she will be happier with a pot of tea if she’s going to do more than an hour of tap tap tapping on her pink computer.
I’m sort of in the same room with her, and I will tell you more about what’s happening around her, about what her senses are receiving at this very moment. She is hearing the dance of her fingers as she pours her thoughts into writing. She is also hearing the faint voices of someone speaking from her husband’s office. She can’t really tell what this someone is saying because its easy to numb her ears from the meaning of english words she’s hearing even when she is writing in the same language right now. English is not her first language. I should tell you about this in the first place, shouldn’t I? To give more context? Her tea is jasmine green tea, by the way.
Her tongue and her nostrils are feeling the tea. The smell of green tea, a hint of jasmine scent, the warmth on her right hand when she is holding the teacup, and how that warmth enters her mouth, going down her throat, leaving a familiar aftertaste on her tongue. And tap tap tapping again. Yes, she should’ve gotten at least a pot of tea to refill her teacup.
The light over her head illuminate her area with warm light even when it’s daytime, and its not dark when she choose not to turn. on her light. And she yawns, rubs her eyes, face. Her stomach demands food. So loud I can hear her stomach from where I’m hovering. I think she’s going to eat now. Leftovers? Maybe. Cereal? Yeah, sometime she does. I don’t think it will be chocolate. She already had chocolate.
