Jawa is an island among a couple thousands islands in Indonesia. I know this.

The 9 biggest islands in Indonesia are: Papua, Kalimantan, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Jawa, Halmahera, Seram, Sumbawa, Flores. I know the first 5 island by heart. I know this.

Indonesia is a country between Australia and Singapore. Indonesia has many many islands. I know these.

Java’s population is 150 million people. Indonesia’s population is 279 million. Probably right.

Java is a tribe, native to Java island. That is what I am, and where I used to live.

The tribes in Java are Java, Sunda, Betawi, Baduy, Osing, Tengger, and Madura. I thought it was just Javanese, Sundanese, and Betawinese(?).

Madura is an island next to Java. My neighbor to the east. I know where the island is.

There are more than 100 tribes in Indonesia. 40% of Indonesia’s population is from Java tribe. That is what I am.

What I know now is I am a Javanese, my point of view is representing 40% of Indonesia’s population.
